Received absolutely different colour than is on the photo. Can not sent it back because of the sending back costs cost me more than hat itself. Received 20percent money back.
I need to report that there is a problem with this company's sizing for the UK. There were no actual measurements on the site, so I took a chance and ordered large as I would normally be a medium but I need to have loose, roomy underwear because of a spinal condition. They arrived after some weeks and they are so small they will only fit an adolescent child. The company was incredibly responsive via email and although they cannot offer a return policy because of the international shipping charges, they did give me a full refund and promised to review their measurements.
