When will I receive payment confirmation?

In the case of payment by a quick transfer you will receive a payment confirmation immediately after a successful transaction to the e-mail address provided. In the case of payment by card, the order confirmation is the payment confirmation.

Can I change the size or color of a product I have just purchased?

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Is it possible to choose the sizes in underwear sets yourself?

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.

Complaints

How to file a complaint about a defective product?

If the product did not arrive in perfect condition, please inform us by e-mail contact@zalletta.co.uk along with the order number and photos showing the defects. If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product at our expense, without the need to return the defective product.

I ordered several products and received only one or part of them.

Sometimes, to speed up delivery time, ordered products are sent in separate packages. Thanks to this, we do not waste time on completing the order, we only send goods that are in stock with our suppliers on an ongoing basis. For this reason, the delivery time of individual products within one order may vary.

To meet the expectations of our clients and customers, standard delivery is always FREE with every purchase, regardless of the order value.

Which courier company delivers orders?

All parcels are delivered via Royal Mail. In the case of foreign shipments, the local operator is responsible for delivery.

Which countries are orders shipped to?

We ship orders mainly to United Kingdom. However, especially for foreign customers, we have prepared an offer of international shipment to over 150 countries.

Where can I track my order?

Is it possible to ship cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, payment on delivery is currently not possible. If you have problems paying for your order, you can pay by traditional transfer.

What is the delivery time?

Most orders arrive within 4-12 working days from the time the order is placed.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is received. After sending the parcel, we immediately send a confirmation message and tracking number to the provided e-mail address or telephone number.

Is it possible to choose the most convenient day to collect the parcel?

Orders are shipped from abroad, so we are unable to predict the exact delivery date. On the day of delivery, the postman or courier will contact you using the telephone number provided in the order to determine the most convenient delivery time.
