Act fast! You have 12 hours to cancel or modify any order after it has been placed. Please reach out to us for assistance.

You can easily initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send a message to contact@zalletta.co.uk to start the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments are not accepted. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment within 7 business days using the original payment method.
