Act fast! You have 12 hours to cancel or modify any order after it has been placed. Please reach out to us for assistance.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments are not accepted. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment within 7 business days using the original payment method.

        Due to hygiene considerations and hygiene standards we have strict policy           

        regarding the return of underwear. (Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery                cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).                                                               

        The following also apply's, underwear that has had it's tags removed, packaging                damaged, not be in its provided packaging, been worn, washed, is typically not                  eligible for return.                                                                                                                                                                              

       Return Terms & Conditions

• You can return your package within 14 days of receipt.
• To initiate the return process, please send a message to contact@zalletta.de within 14 days of receiving your package. Please attach the fully completed return form and a photo of the returned product to your message.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; cash on delivery packages are not accepted.
• The customer is obliged to return the goods to the seller.
• The goods are returned directly to the sellers, whose logistics centers are located outside the European Union.
• We commit to refunding your money within 7 business days of the seller receiving the package or upon receipt of the shipping confirmation. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
